Donations will be accepted at the City of Plainview Animal Shelter during normal business office (Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). Scheduling an appointment by calling 806.296.1100 will ensure staff are at the Shelter to accept donations. All monetary donations will need to be submitted to the City of Plainview Finance Office at City Hall (202 W. 5th Street) during normal business hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
