City of Plainview Announces Extended City Hall Hours, Open During Lunch to Better Serve Customers

City Hall will be open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. – Noon. The building will remain open during the noon hour on Monday – Thursday for customers needing assistance.
