City of Plainview residents who pay a City of Plainview water bill are exempt for items such as appliances, furniture, yard waste, and household trash. The City of Plainview does not have a curbside service, but they do offer a Loan a Tub Program. The Loan a Tub Program is for City of Plainview residents and is free of charge unless the resident loads any kind of remodeling materials or tires. The City of Plainview will not pick up any bulk items left by the curb or around trash containers. It is the homeowner's responsibility to dispose of these items properly.
