Those over 200 square feet need both a building permit and a foundation. Yes. All electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors must be registered with the City. All contractors must provide a copy of their license, contractor’s license, driver’s license and a copy of their certificate of insurance. The electrical, landscape irrigation and mechanical contractors must pay a $30.00 annual registration fee.Building Permits & Inspections
