What do I need for my child to receive immunizations?: Please bring an up-to-date shot record to ensure your child receives the correct amount of immunizations and does not receive unnecessary ones.

1. Is an appointment required?: No, we take patients on a walk-in basis. To make an appointment, contact the Health Department at (806) 293-1359.

2. How much do immunizations cost?: The administration charge is $10.00 per dose. We accept Medicaid, cash, and checks.
