No, we take patients on a walk-in basis. To make an appointment, contact the Health Department at (806) 293-1359.

2. How much do immunizations cost?

Immunizations cost $10 per child. This is for one shot or six, whatever is required. We accept Medicaid, cash, and checks.

3. What do I need for my child to receive immunizations?

Please bring an up-to-date shot record to ensure your child receives the correct amount of immunizations and does not receive unnecessary ones.
